Sourcetree has just updated itself from 2.1 to 2.3 and now the icons look really similar to each other. It it possible to have icons that can be distinguished at a glance (e.g. like the 2.1 icons), instead of staring at them and flicking from one to the other for a few seconds to see the difference? No, I'm not kidding. It's measuarably slowing me down whenever I have to use Sourcetree.
Agreed.
Honestly, I think that their biggest mistake was changing the main icon for the application. I've used Source Tree for years, and now I have trouble finding it, because my eyes are trained to look for the old tree-style icon, not some gradient-lolipop-candy-cane-looking piece of trash.
I'm not a fan of the new file status change icons either. They look like they're good for a dark theme, not the current light theme.
I can get on board with everything else though.
I agree they're not clear and a real step backwards. Besices, IMO they're ugly and do not fit the modern design of Sourcetree.
