I'm trying to install the latest version of Sourcetree on my computer that has Windows 10. When I get the the "Log in to your Atlassian account" dialog box, I click on the "Use an existing account" button and get a blank popup. I wait, but nothing ever happens. I tried clicking the "Go to My Atlassian" button and logging in using my Google login and get to the Licenses page on the https://my.atlassian.com/ site, but don't know what I'm supposed to do to advance the install on my computer. If I click on the "Use an existing account" button, I always get an empty dialog popup. No errors or anything.
I tried the suggestion of setting the "Access data sources across domains" to enabled in IE but still get the same result. I tried running the install as an administrator too.
Does anyone have any ideas?

One workaround that seems to work is this one:
