Sourcetree Install Fails on Windows 10 Edited

I'm trying to install the latest version of Sourcetree on my computer that has Windows 10.  When I get the the "Log in to your Atlassian account" dialog box, I click on the "Use an existing account" button and get a blank popup.  I wait, but nothing ever happens.  I tried clicking the "Go to My Atlassian" button and logging in using my Google login and get to the Licenses page on the site, but don't know what I'm supposed to do to advance the install on my computer.  If I click on the "Use an existing account" button, I always get an empty dialog popup.  No errors or anything.

I tried the suggestion of setting the "Access data sources across domains" to enabled in IE but still get the same result.  I tried running the install as an administrator too.


Does anyone have any ideas?
