Hi Daniel, as you can see at the top of the page, that page is no longer valid since Sourcetree 1.8.
SourceTree no longer provides a way to perform a silent installation, every user needs to install it and register it using their Atlassian account. We have however a feature request for that, you can find it at SRCTREEWIN-6570.
