SourceTree missing changed files after first commit

Yosemite, version 2.0.5.2:

  1. Open Repository in SourceTree
  2. Make some file changes in XCode
  3. Changes show up in SourceTree.
  4. Commit changes.
  5. Make more file changes in XCode.
  6. Changes do NOT show up in SourceTree. The only way to get them to show up is by closing and re-opening SourceTree
