SourceTree keep asking "i agree startup screen" after the restarting

I am windows 7 user.I dn't know what's wrong with SourceTree but it asking everytime when i open SourceTree.

Hello! This is probably happening because the configuration file isn't saving. Do you have any third-party anti-virus or anything that could be preventing Sourcetree from writing any files?

I just tries last night about this and thing was solved by deleting all the app-local files related to atlassian and reinstall the application, and it's works now....
