SourceTree installation Windows - unable to login to Atlassian server

When attempting to install Sourcetree (2.6.10) on a Windows Server 2016 VM, the process gets hung up on the 'Login to Atlassian account' step.  We have verified we have a valid account and are able to login to the atlassian website without issue.  We have disabled Symantec and tried a few other ideas seen on the web but without success. Can someone provide any insight into getting past this step so we can finish the install and start using?  Thank you.

Hi Jeff, welcome to the Community!

Are you getting any error message or it just hangs? Can you verify if you have the latest version of Internet Explorer? Sourcetree relies on it for the authentication and will fail otherwise.

No error message, it just hangs on logging in screen (shown below).  The VM is running Windows 10 and we are using the latest version of IE (11.2485).
