Is it possible to download a version of SourceTree for 10.6?

Yes, this is exactly what I meant except in addition to having a button that says 10.6, I want it to actually install on 10.6. :-) Downloading what is behind the button nets me something that when I try to install it I get "You can't use this version of the application SourceTree with this version of Mac OS X. You have Mac OS X 10.6.8 and the application requires Mac OS X 10.7 or later"

The website states SourceTree for Mac - 10.6+

https://www.atlassian.com/es/software/sourcetree/overview

Or is this not what you meant?

@John Abbot, the SourceTree website's download link (sourcetreeapp.com) currently states 10.7 as the supported version.

  • The Atlassian page incorrectly states 10.6+
  • The Atlassian page directs you to an OS specific page regardless of which Windows or Apple button you press.

That being said, I found this link: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/290155/restore-older-version-of-sourcetree

It includes the following: http://downloads.atlassian.com/software/sourcetree/SourceTree_1.8.1.dmg

See if that version is installable. I wasn't able to find a list of SourceTree versions tied to OS compatiblity.
