Hi
I am trying to install SourceTree 2.3.1.0 on Windows10 without success. When I select the button, the popup is blank (see screenshot). I am a local admin on the device.
I have tried the following:
It works on another Win10 device on my network so I know that we can successfully load that login page.
Does anyone have any more ideas please?
Thanks in advance.
Your best bet is trying to figure out why IE is blocking https://id.atlassian.com. There is also an issue logged for it, SRCTREEWIN-7949, check it out and also add yourself as a watcher in case there is a workaround or a fix for it.

Alas Mikael, after 3.5hours it is still blank :-(
My Win10 laptop on the same network installed it fine, so it doesn't seem to be an issue with our network access to Atlassian.
Any other ideas? Can I try an older version to see if that works?

Here is a link to the download archive if you want to try an older version, https://www.sourcetreeapp.com/download-archives

Hi
Thanks for the suggestion, but alas it still doesn't work.

You may want to give it a bit of time, for some reason that seems to solve it, https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Sourcetree-questions/Use-an-existing-account-window-is-blank/qaq-p/643924
