SourceTree cannot start [see error log in desc]

I have SourceTree installed in my laptop since long time ago. I didn't use my laptop for 2 weeks and now SourceTree doesn't want to start. When I click on the icon, nothing happen. No error message or anything.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall. Still the same. Can somebody help me?

This is the error log:
