I'm using xCode 8.2.1 and was looking for a graphical git browser. SourceTree came up and I got as far as the install.
Since that point, xCode's Source Control History browser feature doesn't work showing "No Version Editor" where it used to show files and diffs of files that had previously changed.
Is there a way to unwind what SourceTree has done to the xCode environment to get this feature working again?
I don't want to use SourceTree.
Problem solved. I restored the ~/Library/Preferences folder and it restored whatever had been changed.
