The changed mac account name and mac account link directory name

After SourceTree always install mode run.

Install SourceTree 2.2.4 on Mac OS X 10.11.5
Proceed to the Log in to your Atlasssian Account window,
press [Use an existing account] and get a long narrow window that never updates.

most likely blocked by my IT department.

I can go to my.Atlassian.com and download my license file for SourceTree.

HOW DO I GET PAST STUPID SETUP ASSISTANT and manually select my SourceTree license file?
