SourceTree 2.0 for Windows has a different publisher. Why?

I have installed SourceTree 2.0 on Windows. In "Programs and Features" the new version is listed with piblishers "Mike Minns, Mike Corsaro" (product version: 2.0.20.1). The old version 1.9 the publisher was Atlassian.

Also for 2.0.20.1 the Help links are pointing to https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/sourcetreewin which gives 403 error when opened with logged in user.
