In 1.9, if I created a local branch and then checked the box that says "Push changes immediately to" when committing, the new branch would be replicated on origin. Now, the blue indicator on the progress bar just keeps sliding across my screen indefinitely until I have to cancel the operation. The code gets committed locally, but never reaches the remote repo.
I tried using the Push option to set the branch manually, but got the same results.
The upgrade apparently required me to re-add my key to ssh-agent. For some reason, SourceTree did not prompt me to do so. I had to close and re-open SourceTree because otherwise ssh-agent would not launch.
Problem solved.
