Hi Kounjoor, are you also able to log o https://id.atlassian.com/ with the same credentials? If so, open Internet Explorer, go to the Advanced options tab, click on Reset your Internet Explorer Settings and check Delete personal settings. This worked for other users that were experiencing the same issue.
