Refreshing submodule state without restarting SourceTree?

How do I do that? SourceTree is very slow on that, I requires something like 5 mins for it to detect that I pushed some changes in submodule! That is especially annoying, when this was made on one computer directly inside of a submodule, and both repos (main and submodule) are bookmarked in SourceTree.
