Pulling on Windows 10 extremely slow

When I try pull from git it takes immensely slow. My download meter shows 14 to 40k??

I not very clued up on networks/internet connections but other people pulling from the same project dont have any issues. 

I'm on sourcetree 2.0

Hi Jean, this could be an issue with your network, or it could be an issue with Sourcetree. In order to determine that, we'd recommend to do the following test:

1. Do a pull in Sourcetree, how long does it take to complete?
2. Do a pull using the command line, how long does it take to complete?

Is there a significant difference between the 2 of them?

Also, it would be useful to know how large your repo is, and if there are any exceptionally big files in it.

Ana, thanks for the help but our entire team is having issues with sourcetree and it's slow pulling issues. It seems to be a bug where the pull gets stuck,  because if I do a pull, wait the approximate time cancel the pull and then pull again it's immediately done. 

We are switching to differant software now as we cannot deal with these issue on our limit time budget
