Problem with remote repositories

S.A.U. Qbed Consulting December 1, 2017

Hi,

I'm the owner of some repositories and I've created a group to acces this repositories.

The problem is that the user of that group, can't view the repositories when they connect to sourcetree.

Also If they try to find the repositories, no result is shown.

Hi! Has that user tried to access the repos directly in Bitbucket Cloud? If he can see them in Bitbucket but not in Sourcetree, can you confirm he followed the steps as explained at Clone a repository and give us the following information:

- Describe how is he trying to add them

- Screenshot of the process

- Is he getting any error message

Best regards!

Ana
