Problem with layout on 2.0.18.1 when text size is not 100%

I just upgraded to version 2.0.18.1 and noticed a problem with the layout of icons and text on the left bar. I am on Windows 10 and have my display settings set to zoom the text to 125%. With this display setting, the icons and text do not line up properly. I don't know where else to post this bug, so here you have it.
