Please help>_< By mistake I delete a file in source tree and now i wanna recover it!

I am going to die my God that's my excel contents so many datas

Of course you can only recover files from the git repository, when you have commited them - and you are only able to recover the latest version of a file you have commited ...

If the file was not indexed by Git, your OS may provide some recovery tools http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/recover-lost-or-deleted-files
