Please give me back the Git Flow toolbar icon in SourceTree v2.2!

I can't believe that they seriously removed the Git Flow button in the toolbar in the new version 2.2? It can't even be added from the selection of other buttons!

This widget could not be displayed.

This was restored in 2.2.1 or so, it's just not shown by default. You can use the View -> Customize Toolbar… item to restore it.
