Not able to install Sorcetree

Dear Atlassian,

I'm not able to install any version of SourceTree on a new laptop.

After run the .exe the software requested a new version of .NET Framework. (version=v4.7.1)

 

Can you please help me into the installation?

Hi Daniele, welcome to the Community!

Have you already successfully installed the new .NET version? Are you still having issues after that?

If so, can you have a look at the logs and show us what you find? You can find them at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree\sourcetree.log.

Also, please let us know which version of Windows are you using.
