Not able to add account with Oauth

On selecting Refresh OAuth Token I am getting error as shown in below pic.

How to resolve this issue...  Is their any prerequisites required....?

Hello! It seems like Sourcetree is unable to open your browser to perform the Oauth login. Could you try just opening your default browser (keep it open) and then try again?
