Missing Branches in left nav

We have a couple of repos on a shared server that are not showing some or all of the branches in the left nav in SourceTree.  When viewing the cloned versions of those repos on our own machines, the branches are visible.  My coworker first had the issue and then I updated to the latest version (Windows 2.1.2.5) of sourcetree & now I'm having the same problem.  Any idea what's causing this?

Hi Lori, this sounds like a bug we're currently working on. The issue has been fixed and the fix will be released in the next beta. There were more users with a similar problem, you can read their thread at https://community.atlassian.com/t5/SourceTree-questions/Branches-display-broken-in-2-1/qaq-p/592836.
