Hi Javier! I'm afraid the screenshot is too small and I'm not able to read the message you're getting. Could you try to re-attach it and make sure it's a bit bigger? Also, please tell us which Sourcetree and OS version are you using, to give us a bit more context :)

Hi again, Javier! I've just seen another user mentioning a similar problem, so I guess it might be related to yours.
Can you follow the steps at How to enable Javascript in Windows and see if the message goes away? You can also try adding that website to Trusted sites in your browser.
If the error persists, please let us know which version of Sourcetree and IE are you using.
