Our team is using GitHub for design files. I'm helping a coworker get set up and we cannot get the option to "Authorize Atlassian" to show up as a green, clickable button when trying to link the accounts. Does anyone know what needs to be changed or how to troubleshoot this?
Hello, I'm new to this, but have what looks to be the same exact problem. The button is disabled. Others in the office here have been able to do this, but non of us can figure out why it does not work for me? I'm using Mac ElCapitan to connect to Github
Hi there,
Can you check if you've authorized Sourcetree in GitHub in the past and revoke the access? Alternately, restarting the Mac has sometimes helped a few users with this (but I have no clue why it made a difference).

If this user has already authorized Sourcetree once, can you please revoke the grant in GitHub and try again?
