Is there a way to SORT the BOOKMARKS list (by Name)

David A Cobb September 16, 2015

Every day, there are more and more repos I'm trying to track.  The bookmark list is ordered chronologically, which makes it difficult to find a specific project.  The easiest thing for the user is probably to have the bookmarks kept sorted – the user can control names to give a desired ordering.

Less easy to do, but even nicer to have, would be allowing to create groupings of bookmarks (like folders), for example to represent Projects.

The bookmarks list can be grouped (Use the Add Folder button. In Windows, it is next to the Add Repository button below the bookmarks panel).

You can do additional sorting of bookmarks by dragging and dropping the bookmarks in whatever order you want (or into/out of folders).

EDIT: There is no automatic sort (sort by name, creation time, edit time, file path, etc).
