Is it possible to view the full file tree for a given commit?

Is it possible to view the full file tree for a repository at a given commit (without checking it out and using an external tool)? Git Extensions has this feature and its very handy.

Not yet, although we have a lot of awaiting enhancements for the log view. I've filed an issue for you here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREE-1450
