In Sourcetree I see a window with 3 tabs. Why don't I see the "Bookmarks window" ala online Help?

I will give my context.  I just installed Sourcetree.  The version is 2.4.7.0, and I am running Windows 7.

Hi

The Bookmarks sidebar was remove in version 2.0, replaced by the 'New tab'
