In Source Tree, when a new directory is added it is not recognized.

With 1.6.13 version of source tree loaded, if a directory(with file within) is added, source tree doesn't recognize it.  Deleting a directory from the same repository DOES WORK...any clues?

It turns out that the drop down setting in the staged file section was set to "Modified" instead of pending.

When set to modified, ONLY existing modified files will show, not new ones..
