I could not afford to login sourcetree app

Hello everyone, 

I am using Windows OS, before update I was using 1.6.18 version. I updated to 1.9.10.0 but could not login. Screen staying please wait. 

I've uninstalled many times and set it up again and again. I couldn't find any solution 

How can I solve this issue ?
