I am not ale to do pull request using sourcetree

Hi, welcome to the Community!

In your message we can see the error is that Sourcetree doesn't have the password to your remote. You can solve this by following the steps at Connect your Bitbucket or Github account

If after that you're still having issues, please answer these questions: 

  1. Can you attempt another pull request? What error message do you get this time?
  2. Are you using Windows or Mac?
  3. Have you tried the command line? Do you get any error?
  4. Can you perform any other operations to that repo?
