How to set the default clone folder?

When I try to clone a new repo that I have saved online, by default it tries to put it into my Documents folder, and I would rather it put it into another folder, say one called Projects. Is there a way to set this somehow?

On Mac, setting the "Project folder" on the SourceTree->Preferences->General tab seems to work.

On Windows, the same setting is Tools->Options->General

Good find. Deleted my own, incorrect answer.
