How to follow master for change log Edited

Hi, I had to move my repository one level up. that works. When I look to a file to see the changes via git log then I see the changes for that file. but when I do it with git log --follow master I see also the changes before the rename. Can I do something like this with Sourectree as well. When I mark several commits I would like to see only the renamed filenames and under that all changes.

Thank's for any hints

Eckard.

I found out via related content that The "Log Selected" option does just that. There I can check "Follow renamed files".
