How to add Hosted account amazon github

The repo im working on is a private repo hosted on amazon:

[B]rowse hosted repositories -->  Edit Accounts  --> Add

"Browse hosted repositories" provides extended integration with a select few hosts.

You can just put the repository URL into the "Source Path / URL" of the initial Clone dialog.

I try that but it seems to want to use my gitHub.com account and I cannot connect.

Also, the URL you provided is enough for people to find your GitHub Enterprise login page. I edited it out, but the base URL was, at least briefly, publicy listed.
