How do I display a commit timestamp in 24 hour instead of AM/PM?

Marcus Hultgren May 31, 2017

I can not find out how to switch between 24 hour and AM/PM. I am pretty sure I had it working a couple of months ago, showing 23:53 instead of 11:53 PM.

We made a change several updates ago for the following:

  • use relative formatting (Today, Yesterday, 2 days ago, etc.)
  • respect the language chosen for SourceTree

As such, the date formatting follows the settings for that locale. We're aware of interest in independent control of this setting. There's a ticket or two floating around https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREE that are ready and waiting for votes.

So basically the 24-hour mode is inaccessible for me because there is no Swedish locale and I do not master any other language beside Swedish and English?
