How do I completely reset credentials in Sourctree?

I'm experiencing an ongoing issue with Sourcetree.  Recently I was required to change my domain password per company requirements.  This affected - among other things - my login to our local github.  Naturally when I tried to pull from master using Sourcetree, it returned an authentication error.

I went to Tools -> Options -> Authentication Tab and updated my account details to use my new password.  When tested on the Authentication Tab it indicated success.  When I tried my next pull, it again failed with an authentication error.  

I have since tried completely deleting all accounts/credentials and adding them fresh.  Every time I've done this the Authentication Tab indicates that the new credentials are correct, but I still get an authentication error when I try to pull from remote.
