How can we know what version of LIBSSH2 is in the latest Sourcetree?

I would think that version 3.0.6 would have libssh2-1.8.0 since it's been out since 2016.  On Nov 12, Acquia is dropping support for anything version 1.7.0 and older.  We just want to be sure we are good.

Sourcetree relies on the version of openSSH bundled with Git for Windows, which I believe comes via its MingW/Msys bundle.

As such it depends what version of Git you are running.
