I entered an incorrect BitBucket user name when installing SourceTree. I went to Tools | Options | Authentication, but all you can do there is edit the password. I deleted the saved password, hoping I would be prompted to recreate it at some point. I wasn't. And there is is no Add button on that saved password manager, only Edit and Delete.
Then I uninstalled and reinstalled SourceTree so I could go through the Setup wizard. Unfortunately it seems to have saved my authentication configuration in the Windows registry or somewhere - I am in exactly the same state as I was before the re-install.
I am dead in the water. Frustrating.
