I would like to know that too. I recently installed SourceTree at work and logged in with my private Atlassian account. Later on I was told that there is a corporate account for our office that I should use. I briefly looked through the configuration files in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Atlassian\SourceTree\ and found accounts.json, which contains my Atlassian username, but changing this manually doesn't seem to be a good idea. Any hints?
