Having trouble authenticating in Sourcetree

Hello,

I have trouble authenticating in order to use Sourcetree. I followed the instructions here and here but I didn't manage to solve the issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Basically, I constantly get a popup about inputting username and password, I do it (identical to the website), I get no errors, then I get the popup again.

OS: Windows 7

Sourcetree Version: 2.6.10.0

Note that the instructions asked me to delete the credentials from Credential Manager, but there were none. In the past, I was using Google authentication linked to the BitBucket account.

Hello! Just to clarify: you're getting an access denied error from Git? If you're having issue with that, I'd recommend that you try using a ssh-key to authenticate. You can find instructions for doing that here.
