Git flow commands not working: "git-flow completed with errors, see above"

Ever since I upgraded to SourceTree 1.8.1.0, the git glow command fail with no detailed error message:

sh.exe C:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree\gitflow_local\gitflow\git-flow feature finish logs-overhaul
Completed with errors, see above.

It's says completed with errors, but there is no error message.

It happens when I Start a new feature or Finish a feature.
