Git bundle custom action not work

This is my custom action, and this is my result on run:

If i run "git bundle create `git rev-parse --show-toplevel`.bundle --all" in terminal, it's works properly

What's happend? Why, the same command, works in terminal and not in custom action? Where is my mistake?
