Finally updated SourceTree and now I don't have the option to Commit an entire folder. All I see now are all of my files without their visual structure, Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Atlassian removed the Tree View from version 1.8. It had been causing lots of performance issues, so they decided to disable it completely until they get around to resolving the performance problems.
Please vote it up if you want tree view back. Please do not comment on it unless you have something to add that helps developers identify what the performance problem might be ("I'm downgrading" - useless; "Tree view only performed badly for me in my repository that was 10 levels deep" - useful)
