Failed to Extract mcmw.zip

Often, when I start Source Tree, I get the error "Failed to extract file" for the file mcmw.zip.  Based on other suggestions found on this forum, I've tried manually extracting the file but I'm still getting this error on a regular basis.  When I receive the error, I shut down Source Tree, and start it up again and, usually, the error disappears.

There is a bug addressed in 2.5.0, which is currently going through beta testing, which means the process of installing the MCM runs more times than necessary, so that should improve you situation. Extract only usually fails if the target files are in use, do you use Mercurial and HTTPS urls?

I use Git not Mercurial and I do not use HTTPS URLs.  I don't know what else would be using the files.
