Does Sourceree support "--separate-git-dir" option when cloning?

Dick Dee July 1, 2014

Hello,

Can I do the equivalent of the following git command line command in SourceTree?

git clone --separate-git-dir=/C/Users/UserX/GitRepoLocal/TestProj //Server1/GitRepos/TestProj.git /C/Users/UserX/Documents/GitWorkingDirectory/TestProj

That is, can I separate the git working directory from the git database files?

There is no such option in the clone dialog. You need to do this from command line.
