Does SourceTree send information about my commits to Atlassian or any other remote server?

If I were to be using SourceTree for using git with highly sensitive code, should I be worried about sourcetree saving any information about my code in a remote location that I am unaware of?

SourceTree never sends your data anywhere without you explicitly pushing it.
