Configure Git file rename detection/threshold

Is it possible to change SourceTree's configuration for file rename detection/threshold?

It believes a particular file in my Git repo was renamed in a particular commit:

How can I tell SourceTree to not detect file renames, but display the change as a delete+add instead?

git diff has --no-renames and --find-renames options for configuring file rename detection. Does SourceTree have any similar options?

There is an option to toggle rename detection in the file log window (right-click a file name and choose "log selected"), but there is not way to change the behaviour in the main window.
