Command line arguments for external diff

I get the arguments but they include a relative path, how of i get the full path (see logs posted below)? This path is relative to the location of my dif file, but the application tries to open it from its working directory

Hi Bobby! We're aware of this, there's a Feature request in our issue tracker that can be found at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREE-2433. However, it didn't seem to be very popular.
