Cloning a repo stalls out at 96%

I have been trying to clone one of our repos for several days now. It doesn't give an error, and it doesn't freeze, it just gets to "[KFiltering content: 96% (2730/2843), 701.19 MiB | 13.87 MiB/s" and won't go any further. As of this time, I've left it running for 4 hours and it still hasn't finished.

I cloned this same repo last Wednesday without a problem, and one of my coworkers cloned it Friday morning without a problem. My GIT and LFS is set up correctly (the same as everyone else's), and I've tried restarted my computer, upgrading sourcetree, and resetting my authentication, but every time I try to clone, it gets stuck at 96%.
