Change password in sourceTree for external repository.

foxiss September 19, 2016

Hello,

I use sourceTree for backup my projects. But recently I was faced with problem.

Through sourceTree I buld external repository but it's not gitHub or Bitbacket. It is simply remote server.

When I built this repository and sent my first commit I got pop-up window where I entered my password and login for this repository.

Than after some time I changed my password in repository. But when I have try to sent new commit, sourceTree give me error "Invalid username or password" (because password has changed in repository and sourceTree remember my prevoius password).

And now I am not finding how I can change my password for this repository in sourceTree, because sourceTree remembered my previous password ?

Could you help me with this problem.

Thank you.

In the Windows version of SourceTree the login information for each server is kept in Tools | Options | Authentication.
